ABC was a key player in turning this old historic building into luxury condos above, and retail development below. ABC cut a large amount of larger openings through 14” thick brick walls in excess of 30’ above the floor level to create windows looking into the breezeway/plaza area from the condos. ABC also cut many wall openings through 3ft thick concrete walls in the lower plaza area to create storefront for retail spaces. This was all completed by creating the openings with zero over cuts outside of these openings to give the customer the finished appearance that is exposed on the finished project today.
