Brasfield & Gorrie Beech Island Wastewater Plant

This project was bid by a local concrete cutting company that gave Brasfield & Gorrie a 2 week timeline on the project. This wasn’t good news for them, as this would not give them time to get all the work performed during the outage that the job required. This project was very schedule driven as it was a waste water treatment facility that could only be shut down for a short period of time. After that short period, the facility would then have to be reactivated to process waste. ABC’s name was referred to Brasfield & Gorrie, even though we were states away. Our COO, Derek, traveled to the job site to meet with their project team, and was able to help them develop a 1 week timeline to complete the same scope of work. ABC quoted the project and was awarded the job. The job was completed ahead of the 1 week time frame, in 4 days. After completion of this project, ABC has followed this project team with Brasfield & Gorrie to several other projects based on the trust ABC instilled in the team.
